Standard Residential Cleaning
This service is ideal for regular upkeep—weekly, biweekly, or monthly—to keep your home feeling clean, clear, and comfortable. Each visit includes:
Dusting of surfaces (furniture, shelves, baseboards, etc.)
Wiping countertops, tables, and reachable fixtures
Cleaning sinks, stovetops, and exterior of appliances
Bathroom cleaning (toilets, tubs/showers, sinks, mirrors)
Vacuuming rugs and carpets
Sweeping and mopping hard floors
Emptying trash and replacing liners
Add-ons like interior fridge, oven, windows, or laundry can be included by request for an additional charge.
All cleaning is done using eco-friendly products unless otherwise requested. I work with care and attention to detail, adapting to your space and preferences.
Move In / Move-Out Cleaning
This service is designed for empty homes and is ideal when you’re moving in, moving out, or preparing a property for new tenants. It includes a detailed, top-to-bottom clean to help the space feel fresh, reset, and ready.
Includes:
All surfaces dusted and wiped
Baseboards, door frames, and light switches cleaned
Inside and outside of cabinets and drawers
Interior of fridge and microwave
Sinks, tubs, toilets, and showers scrubbed
Mirrors, counters, and fixtures polished
Floors vacuumed, swept, and mopped
Cobwebs removed, vents and fans dusted
Trash removal if needed
This is a deeper, more thorough clean than standard maintenance—perfect for starting fresh or leaving a space in good condition.
If you need referrals for hauling or yard work, I’m happy to point you in the right direction.
Deep Cleaning
Deep cleaning goes beyond the basics to catch built-up dust, grime, and overlooked areas. This is a great option for first-time cleanings, seasonal resets, or when it’s been a while since your last thorough clean.
Includes everything in the Standard Cleaning, plus:
Baseboards, door frames, and light switch plates wiped
Interior of microwave and other small appliances cleaned
Cabinet fronts and handles wiped down
Bathroom tile and grout detailed
Deeper dusting (vents, window sills, corners, ceiling fans)
Extra attention to high-traffic areas and buildup
Spot-cleaning walls and doors as needed
Optional add-ons: inside fridge, inside cabinets, interior windows, and more—just ask.
Eco-friendly products are used unless you prefer otherwise. Every deep clean is tailored to the space and your specific priorities.

My add-ons service is available to all clients. Priced per visit, based on time and materials.
